How to request a mockup to be sent to you before your ornament is printed. Place your order and put the word MOCKUP in the notes box. A mockup will be created and texted to you for approval. Approve mockup or request changes within 24 hours. Ornament is printed and shipped. Please be sure to leave a phone number so you receive the mockup. Ornament orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. During peak season it can take up to 3 days to begin processing.
