You will receive a mockup of what your ornament will look like in Etsy messages before it is sent to production. You will have 24 hours to approve the mockup. ❤️add the first ornament to your cart
❤️return to the same listing (you can click on it from the cart) and enter the next personalization
❤️repeat this process for however many ornaments you need
❤️review your shipping address while in your cart & place your order

• Customize with ANY YEAR or NO YEAR regardless of what the listing photo shows. There is a box provided to leave the year you'd like on your ornament or type "NONE" if you would like to leave the year off.

SPECIAL SHIPPING FOR CERAMIC ORNAMENTS:

• Production time can vary depending on when you order. Typically your order is processed in 1-3 days, but can take longer during the peak holiday season (October, November, December)
• Once processed, your personalized design is sent to my professional print provider who prints your design directly on the ceramic ornament and ships it directly to you.

PLEASE NOTE: If you order a variety of products in addition to a ceramic ornament, your order will arrive in separate shipments due to the ceramic ornaments shipping directly from my print provider.

Gift collections have a 1-2 week turnaround time;

Clothing has 1-2 week turnaround time;

SVG files are an instant download.
