- Production time can vary depending on when you order. Typically your order is processed in 1-3 days, but can take longer during the peak holiday season (October, November, December)
- Once processed, your personalized design is sent to my professional print provider who prints your design directly on the ceramic ornament and ships it directly to you.

PLEASE NOTE: If you order a variety of products in addition to a ceramic ornament, your order will arrive in separate shipments due to the ceramic ornaments shipping directly from my print provider.
