Father's Day Gift Idea
Father's Day is quickly sneaking up this year as it always does after the hustle and bustle of the end of school!
Don't fret...I have a super simple and easy gift idea for you that will take no time at all to put together.
My son had a male teacher this year which caused me to get a little creative with teacher gifts. This was actually the end-of-the-year gift we gave his teacher, but I realized it would make a perfect Father's Day gift too!
This is an experience gift Dads and kids alike will LOVE!
Here's what you need:
- popcorn container (from Dollar Tree - sold in 2 pack)
- red paper shreds (from Dollar Tree)
- Dad's favorite candy/snacks
- movie gift card
That's it!!! Can't get much simpler than that.
Start by filling the popcorn container about half full with red paper shreds.
Gather a few of Dad's favorite candy or snacks perfect for movie going along with a movie gift card.
Note: The popcorn container only holds a few items, so don't go crazy picking out snacks. You really only need about 3. And we discovered that the box candy like you often buy at the movie theater DOES NOT fit in the container. Stick with bags that you can squoosh in the container.
Place the snacks in the container along with the movie gift card and voila...your Father's Day gift is DONE!
How easy was that?!
Now Dad has everything he needs to enjoy a movie with the kiddos. What a special experience they can both treasure.
(So much better than a tacky tie😜!)

Love this. We did a movie birthday party one year. Perfect for all holidays and birthdays.
Cookie Toolbox made by Susie’s Confections ;) or a cute tackle box with fun candies like swedish fish and gummy worms etc.
This is such a cute idea!! Great for not only Father’s Day but birthdays as well!!
